Geranium comes in with a green, lightly rosy warmth that softens the cedar without sweetening it. Neroli arrives at the top, bright and faintly honeyed, a floral note with just enough lift to keep the whole blend from going too still. Centered. Calm. Restored.

A note on neroli

Neroli is steam-distilled from the blossoms of the bitter orange tree, Citrus aurantium, and it is one of the more remarkable oils in perfumery. The flowers are delicate and harvested by hand in a short seasonal window. Tunisia has been one of the world's primary sources for neroli for centuries, and the oil that comes from there has a particular brightness and complexity that reflects the climate and soil of the region. It is the note in CENTER that makes you stop and breathe again.
