SOOTHE Aromatherapy Roll-On | Patchouli, Rose Otto, Lavender
For when you want to be gentle with yourself
Not every hard moment needs a solution. Sometimes you just need something soft to breathe into. SOOTHE is not about focus or energy or clarity. It is about setting something down. The day, the tension, the list of things that did not get done. Roll it on and let the rest of it go.
Patchouli opens with a warm, earthy depth: grounding without being heavy, familiar without being simple. Rose otto sits at the center, clean and softly floral, the kind of rose that smells like the actual flower rather than the idea of one. Oregon lavender comes in quietly underneath, adding a green, slightly herbaceous note that keeps the whole blend honest and real. Nothing in this blend reaches for you. It just makes room. Gentle. Comforting. Settled.
What you are actually putting on your skin
Patchouli, rose otto, and lavender essential oils in sweet almond oil with vitamin E from sunflowers. That is the complete ingredient list.
No synthetic fragrance. No artificial stabilizers. No fillers. Nothing to look up or wonder about.
The patchouli comes from Indonesia. The rose otto comes from Bulgaria, steam-distilled in the Rose Valley where this oil has been made for centuries. The lavender is grown and steam-distilled on our high desert farm in Central Oregon. Every ingredient traceable to the place and process that made it.
You know exactly what you are putting on your skin. That should not be a rare thing.
How it fits into your day
Roll onto pulse points: wrists, neck, collarbone. Let the scent warm on skin. Reapply whenever you want it.
This one belongs at the end of the day more than the beginning. Keep it on your nightstand, your bathroom shelf, or wherever the day ends for you. It is also the kind of scent that works on a Sunday afternoon when nothing is urgent and you want it to stay that way.
Why it smells different from what you have tried before
A real plant absorbs everything around it: the sun, the soil, the season. The patchouli carries the humid warmth of Indonesia. The rose otto carries the Rose Valley of Bulgaria, one of the oldest rose-growing traditions in the world. The lavender carries the high desert air of Central Oregon. That is what you are putting on your skin. Not a formula. A living thing, distilled.

FAQs +
Is this roll-on safe for everyday use?
Yes. Apply to pulse points as often as you like. This blend deepens and opens over time on skin, so give it a few minutes before reapplying. Scent longevity varies from person to person, but warm resinous blends like this one tend to wear longer than lighter citrus or herbal ones.
Who is this roll-on formulated for?
Recommended for adult use. If you are pregnant, nursing, or managing a health condition, consult your doctor before use. Some essential oils are not recommended during pregnancy, and your doctor is the right person to advise on your specific situation.
Does this contain any synthetic fragrance?
No. SOOTHE contains patchouli, rose otto, and lavender essential oils in sweet almond oil with vitamin E from sunflowers. That is the complete ingredient list. No synthetic fragrance, no artificial stabilizers, no fillers.
Where do the ingredients come from?
The patchouli comes from Indonesia. The rose otto comes from Bulgaria, steam-distilled in the Rose Valley where this tradition has been practiced for centuries. The lavender is grown and steam-distilled on our high desert farm in Central Oregon. We name where things come from because we think you have a right to know.
What is rose otto and is it different from rose absolute?
Rose otto is steam distilled, which makes it one of the rare floral oils that can be. The result is clean, light, and close to the living flower: less rich and heavy than a rose absolute, but more precise and direct. If you have tried our ROOTED roll-on, you have already experienced rose otto. If you have tried a rose absolute in UNWIND, you will notice the difference. Both are real rose. They are just different expressions of the same plant, drawn out by different processes.
How long will a 10ml roll-on last?
With daily use, roughly one month. Warm resinous blends tend to wear longer on skin than lighter ones, so it may stretch further depending on how you apply it.
Is this tested on animals?
No. Farm to Diffuser does not test on animals at any point in our supply chain.
Why Farm to Diffuser and not a conventional lavender brand?
Because we grow it. We do not source lavender from a supplier and put it in a bottle. We plant it, tend it, cut it by hand, and distill it ourselves in Central Oregon. The traceability is complete because the whole process happens on one farm. Most lavender products cannot say that. This one can.
